We are now recruiting for a Quality and Performance Coordinator to join our Highways team in Easton Lane to provide technical and administrative support to Quality, Performance and Continuous Improvement activities in the South-East region. The role is predominantly based across our Area 3 and Area 4 Maintenance and Response contracts and will require cross-functional support to other business units and involve travel to other base locations.

Key Responsibilities

As Quality and Performance Coordinator you will provide support to the Quality and Assurance Manager in coordinating continual improvement within the South-East region, collecting and processing innovations from staff, client and our supply chain representatives and publish newsletter updates, awards, and other publications as required. In addition, support in gathering performance related inputs and records, then assisting in the compilation and production of timely and quality assured reports. Support team activities and responsibilities by arranging, recording, compiling and producing reports (including but not limited to monthly performance, collaborative performance framework records, audits, workshops, meetings and other forums).

What do we need from you?

  • Good organisational skills with a methodical approach towards delivering tasks within defined timescales.
  • A team player and capable of working in isolation with set targets.
  • Proficient in use of computer software including MS Word, Excel
