Job Title: Administrator
Location: This position is based in Solihull, with agile working available.
Business area: Kier Construction - Eastern and Midlands
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - we can also offer this role as part time, please state on your application.

We are now recruiting for an Administrator to assist our Directors and support the Eastern region in a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator within our Eastern region, you will be responsible for managing emails and incoming queries as well as calendar co-ordination, preparing meeting materials, and completing other administrative tasks as required. To add variety to your role, you will also provide face-to-face support on the reception and prepare presentations.
What do we need from you?
Being proficient in using Microsoft software will play a key part in your success in this role, as well as having the ability to produce well-presented and structured information materials.
