Sales Consultant Job in Wokingham

New requirement for a Sales Consultant job working for a regional leading housebuilder in their successful and expanding office in Wokingham.

Our client is an established regional housebuilder, nominated for best small company to work for in the UK and a HBF 5* housebuilder. Since the company was launched, they have always had the target of becoming bigger and better. At present, they employ over 200 employees with an annual turnover of £105m. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who can help progress their office in the Thames Valley region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Successfully negotiate sales whilst demonstrating effective closing techniques
  • Follow up on business development via internal leads, outbound calls and following up all enquiries
  • Developing strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring that all customers receive exceptional customer service
  • Identify different opportunities to make sales
  • Contribute to sales and marketing meetings
  • Conduct market research of competitors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experiences in sales or customer care
  • Driving license is required.
