Static Electrical Building Services Engineer

A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end offices, and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement due to in house promotions for an experienced Static Electrical Building Services Engineer based in Cannon Street on a high end site paid £38k-£40K Basic dependant on experience.

As a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

    Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all electrical systems and assist with mechanical PPM's
    Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be completing emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, BMS monitoring, ballast changes, small work installs, AHU and FCU maintenance, filter changes, tap changes, flusher repairs. Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will complete reactive electrical repairs and maintenance Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be working within a small team of 4 on site. Static Electrical Building services engineer will work 8am-5pm/7am-4pm (flexible) Static Electrical l Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £40K dependant on experience + package and company benefits + 26 days holiday (34 in total)
Requirements for the Static Electrical Building Services Engineer: -

    Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all electrical systems with good basic mechanical knowledge Static Electrical Building Services Engineer must have an NVQ/ City Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as well as 18th edition Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on all electrical systems Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be presentable and client facing
