Pay Rate: £250 - £260 a day

Site manager

Our client a well establised company with four regional offices across the south have a requirment for a site manager to cover holiday on a new build care home site in Reasding.

There is secure parking for all contractors opposite the site with local amenities within walking distance.

The site manager will be overseeing a variety of trades and will be required to walk the site and make sure health and safety is being adhered to driving the workforce to ensure targets are being met.

The site itself is a well run site with sub contractors that work with the main client on a regualr basis and the site manger will be joining a high energy and dynamic team.

Responsibilities as a Site Manager:

· As Site Manager you are also expected to be practical & hands on with the project.

· Ensure that the site team operate efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

· Monitor schedule & report any delays to the project manager.

· Communicate with the contract manager to ensure that all materials and tools required are on-site in advance.

· Maintaining and promoting health and safety at all times.

· Be a key positive team player.

· Report any alterations of the scope of works to the project manager.

The Site Manager Role

  • We value that health and safety on site is followed therefore you will need to be cautious of others working with you.
  • You will liaise with your colleagues and complete the tasks required in order for the site to run smoothly.
  • This role is to cover Friday 2nd September to Monday 12th September.
