We're currently recruiting for a HR Data and Insights Analyst to integrate broad data and insights analysis to help influence our business-people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting HR Data and Insights Analyst role, you'll work with HR and functional leaders to interpret, analyst and integrate complex data into everyday decision making and business strategic planning. You'll acquire data from primary and secondary sources to produce and process complex reporting queries and review/monitor HR data quality in delivering reports and dashboards to improve data integrity. The role will also involve applying data visualisation techniques and best practices to provide meaningful insights and reports for the HR team to ensure the smooth transition of wider business initiatives. You'll also champion the engagement of self-service reporting to enhance the capabilities within the business.

What do we need from you?

An analytical thinker with really good attention to detail. You'll have a passion for data and business intelligence with conceptual thinking skills and proven experience of data analysis to understand customer requirements and translating into reports and insights. You'll be proficient in the use of MS Excel with manipulating large, complex data sets and creating formulae/pivot tables, and previous experience of using Business Intelligence packages and software, such as Power BI. Experience of utilising HRIS systems, Oracle packages such as Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite would be advantageous.
