Key Responsibilities?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your day to day life at work will look like:

  • Subcontract procurement
  • Subcontract package management
  • Contract administration both with the employers Project Manager, and with Kier's supply chain
  • Support MQS in producing value cost reconciliation reports
  • Agreeing applications for payment and processing payments
  • Producing and maintaining risk registers
  • Raising and responding to Early Warning Notices & Compensation Events and closing these out through agreement
  • Agreement of final accounts
What?do?we need from you??
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. You will have proven experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle and will be experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract. We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, and have proven experience in a similar role.
