Contract / Hours: Permanent- Full Time
We are now recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Utilities team in Devon to plan and manage our South West Water Engineering Design & Build opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for liaising with the South West Water Project Management Team for both project allocation & the ongoing delivery programme. You will help identify and resolve problems which arise from any technical site issues in liaison with the Area Operations Manager & Design Team.
- Decisive coordination and the ability to prioritise labour allocation whilst maintaining the supply of plant materials. Also ensuring compliance with Kier temporary works procedures whilst carrying out the activities to the required standard and keeping within programme and budget.
- Ability to interview clients along with data collection to ensure their needs and requirements are met.
- EUSR Water Hygiene & Water Passport, a current SMSTS accreditation, Managers CSCS and NRSWA Supervisors card
- Full UK Driving License
- Temporary Works Supervisor and Coordinator, First Aid at Work & Confined Space desirable but not essential
