Customer Service Manager Job in Derby

Customer Service job working with a top 10 housebuilder. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team in Derby and lead sites throughout Nottinghamshire. The role is paying £40,000 - £50,000 + Car or a £5,000 Car Allowance.

Spread across nearly 15 regions with over 2,000 employees, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are looking for someone who has extensive managerial experience in the housebuilding industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Increase NPS year after year. Increase promotors and decrease detractors throughout addressing customer needs
  • Be responsible for the final quality inspection of the property before handover to the customer
  • Prioritise the customer throughout the business and be first point of contact once exchange has taken place
  • Visit and build a rapport with customers in the field to understand their needs
  • Offer guidance and assistance in accordance with any matters raised by customers. This will involve occasional evening/weekend working
  • Manage all internal and external relations to ensure that customers are satisfied
  • Ensure and maintain accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded on SBMS/internal computer system
  • Instruct and liaise with the Maintenance Technicians, Sub-Contractors, and Material Suppliers.
  • Ensure Maintenance Technicians diaries are fully utilized with consideration to geographical benefits and restrictions.
  • Report and assist in the production of monthly board and Group CS Director reports
  • Lead, motivate, communicate with staff to keep them fully motivated to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experiences in Customer Services Management in the housebuilding industry
  • IT literate.
