JOB TITLE: Handyman (M/F)

INDUSTRY: Building and Construction

SALARY BAND: £18 - £21 P/H

LOCATION: Newton Abbott

Handyman (M/F) required on a new build housing site in Newton Abbott. The role will involve creating snagging lists and reporting back to the Site Manager. You will then be required to work through these lists to correct defects. Previous experience as a Handyman (M/F) on a residential project is essential.

Working hours are between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday with the opportunity for weekend work. Site is easily accessible by public transport and there is on site parking.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Basic Carpentry
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Assisting Trades and Subcontractors with work
  • Snagging works

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • CSCS Card
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Experience as a Handyman (M/F) in a similar role
