JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contracts Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in fitout projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site manager to join a project based in the West Midlands.

This position will be on a perm basis.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a number of fitout projects across the country
  • Working closely with Site Managers to ensure that projects are on track
  • Leading client meetings

Requirements for the role

  • SMSTS
  • fitout experience
  • Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
