We're now recruiting for a HR Business Partner to drive and deliver the people plan strategy within our Kier Utilities business.
Key Responsibilities
In this HR Business Partner role, you will support the Senior HRBP with managing the implementation of a people plan to support our business unit strategy. You will also partner with our Management Team to identify viable solutions to deliver on our strategy and deliver people practices that align to our business and people. This role will also involve working with our Resourcing Business Partner to develop a hiring strategy and championing our Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) to drive initiatives within our Diversity and Inclusion road map.
What are we looking for?
A pragmatic and delivery focused HR professional with a good understanding of talent management and succession planning to support individual and business growth. You'll be well versed in employee relation legislation. Ideally, you'll be degree qualified or qualified through experience and proven capabilities of business partnering within medium to large scale organisations. You will also be proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and able to build positive relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
