Assistant Site Manager Job in Leicestershire
Assistant Site Manager job working for a national housebuilder in their East Midlands region. Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager who has experiences in the property sector. The role is paying a salary of up to £55,000 + £5,160 Car Allowance + Bonus.
Our client was established 50 years ago, with 10 offices across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West, and the North West. They are a private family-owned business that employ over 1000 people and build over 4000 homes per year across 9 regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising with the Site Manager and supervise all employed and sub-contractors on site
- Co-ordinating material deliveries to assist the Site Manager in ensuring an efficient method of build
- Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of work is maintained
- Ensure that working methods are carried out correctly
- Assisting with pre-completion inspections of properties with customers and purchasers
- Ensuring all requests and enquiries from the Sales team are accommodated to in a timely manner
- Assisting the Customer Care team by ensuring maintenance works and completed in a professional manner
- Attend meetings that will be necessary in the performance of your duties
- Comply and abide by all company policies and procedures
- Undertake any additional tasks that may be required from time to time.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the new build industry
- SMSTS and First Aid
- Ability to work individually or in a team.
