Job Title: Utilities Technical Support

Location: Ipswich. This position allows for home and office working

Business area: Kier Utilities - Anglian Water

Contract/ Hours: Full time- Full Time

We are now recruiting for a Utilities Technical Support to join our Utilities team in Ipswich to work on our Anglian Water Integrated Metering and Developer Services (IMDS) contract.

As Utilities Technical Support you will be assisting our Front Line Managers with the safe and efficient delivery of our onsite and complex off-site main laying programme within IMDS. You will help the team meet our CDM & Water Quality obligations and meet performance goals by assisting with the collation of key Health & Safety and performance documents, whilst supporting our site activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure water quality/ hygiene standards within POSWSH are achieved using water reports as well as collating key H&S forms such as near miss/ hazard sports, HAVs, PUWER & CAT performance data
  • Work closely with the planner to help coordinate the scheme delivery
  • Reviewing current documentation such as inspection test plan and commissioning paperwork and where required print work packs and design drawings for operational teams
  • Collate toolbox talk material and assist with delivery
  • Join and contribute towards pre site and pre comm meetings
What do we need from you?

  • Experience and knowledge of CDM & Water Quality regulations
  • Hold the following tickets: CSCS, EUSR Water Hygiene, POSWSH
  • Hold a Full Driving Licence
