We are currently looking for a Street Lighting Installation Operative to join our Highways team in Shrewsbury.
Key Responsibilities
The Street Lighting Installation Operative will be responsible for the installation of street lightening columns and wide base posts, the removal of street lightening assets and the excavation for installation of columns and sign posts. You will also be responsible for undertaking trenching and service duct laying and to undertake emergency attendance on shift rota.
We are seeking candidates who?
- Experienced in a similar role and have a thorough understanding of street lighting installation works
- Hold a current HERS qualification
- Can be flexible in hours of work and travel.
