Salary: £28k - £30k + 26 days holiday (plus bank holiday) + package

We are now recruiting for a Training and Compliance Coordinator to join our Highways team in Easton Lane Winchester to provide general coordination and administrative for all compliance training; including all administration, coordination and procurement of training needs identified on the annual training plan.

Key Responsibilities

As Training and Compliance Coordinator you will coordinate arrange monitor and record attendance for all compliance training courses and briefings. Liaise with approved training providers to confirm course details provided by them. Ensure all filing and SHEA records are maintained, into personnel files on the Highways England Passport platform (Validate), confirming information is accurate and up to date. Actively promote Health and Safety in the Workplace, setting a good example to other employees and ensuring awareness of and compliance with general Health and Safety responsibilities as set out in the Health and Safety Procedures Manual.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Good organisational and time management skills with a strong personal drive and commitment to deliver daily tasks/objectives
  • Collaborative with a proactive team working approach; able to negotiate and problem solve
