We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, amongst other we are working on an IMT Contract, and we are looking for a Team Leader to join our Teams in Guildford.

We are now recruiting for a Team Leaders to join our Utilities team to work with emerging technologies to maintain 24,000 cell site installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the detailed test, inspection, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations.
  • Carry out inspections of towers, poles, and fall arrest systems as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
  • Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks, along with ensuring that all work is undertaken in a safe and proper manner.
  • Ensuring that scheduled visits are carried out in accordance with the agreed program and completed to the expected standard.
  • Understanding and awareness of site safety, health & environmental issues.
  • Liaising with a number of stakeholders including but not limited to site providers, client staff, and helpdesk administration.
  • Required to attend internal and external review meetings, ensure PUWER, vehicle, calibration, and training records are maintained, and assist in the mentoring and development of site operatives.
What do we need from you?

  • Previous site experience but not essential
  • Comfortable working with height
  • Basi Knowledge of IT system
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Willing to travel
