Business Unit: Kier Utilities
We are now recruiting for a Reinstatement Operative to join our Kier Utilities team in Plymouth to carry out a variety of reinstatements to local authority standards for Kier.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for personal and site safety, including operating to standards of safety, compliance and competence required by own professional qualifications
- Carry out general reinstatement work as instructed by the Team Leader and/or FLM and operate and maintain at least two pieces of plant, drive vans, pickup trucks.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Safety, Health and Environmental legislation, business policy & procedure and local instruction & guidance, ensure full and correct use of vehicles, plant and materials, keeping wastage to a minimum
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties that may occur as instructed by the management team or team leader / ganger.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who holds a Full Driving Licence
- Streetworks tickets and Ground Works experience
