Reporting to the Projects Department Manager you will support daily project related activities and build relationships with partner companies.
About the role:
- Project management of the on-going internal and external projects
- Carrying out daily project related activities including project timelines, planning, and tracking project plan, co-ordination with internal and external colleagues
- Post-transition co-ordination and project management of regulatory and technical projects
- Designing a project plan bridging technical and regulatory functions in MS Excel and GanttPro
- Establishing and maintaining weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meeting, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
- Identifying potential project problems, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions
- Organising travel for the project team
- Co-ordination with technical, regulatory, artwork, supply chain teams and commercial teams to ensure product transitions in each market are within schedule, ensuring that there is resource for new projects, and to help co-ordinate project requirements
- Promoting continuous improvement and recommending or implementing process improvements where possible
About you:
- Excellent project management skills with experience gained in a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Degree level education with further training or qualifications in project management an advantage
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of all project management tools as well as Microsoft packages
- Experience gained managing multiple projects and priorities
- Experience of problem solving, removing barriers, and collaborating with cross functional teams
- Confident producing reports and document writing
- Willing and able to travel within and outside the UK, dependent on the project
