We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services in the UK and we are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to working on Mogden Sewage Treatment Works resilience scheme during AMP7.

We are now recruiting for a Electrical Supervisor to have responsibility of the supervision of work on our £65M Sewage Treatment Works project (Mogden). This will cover the maintenance of designated Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

In this Electrical Supervisor role, you'll supervise all electrical activities involved within your designated area and work closely with your internal team and the client, principal contractor and sub-contractors. You will ensure the team embraces a safety culture and maintain the highest safety standards in line with our overall Group Health and Safety procedures. You will also maintain supervision of specialist sub-contractors, coordination and management of operational management teams and liaise with our Electrical, Mechanical, ICA and colleagues to ensure activities are well managed. This role will also involve holding toolbox talks, site inductions and preparation of risk assessments.

What do we need from you?

You'll have electrical knowledge of sewage treatment plant equipment and processes, in particular, but not limited to, MCC/LCP Panels, Single and Three Phase Knowledge and Building Services, with relevant water industry experience. You'll hold a CSCS Card, SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate and IOSH Certificate with a clean UK driving license. You'll also be CRB cleared and have a solid understanding of the statutory regulations and compliance pertaining to this role.
