M&E Commercial Fit out Project Manager

A well-established Electrical contractor specialising in commercial fit outs have a key requirement for an experienced Electrical bias Project Manager to run, oversee and control projects ranging from 10k - 1mil based within easy access to Sheffield Paid £45k-£50K + Package

The successful Commercial Fit out Project Manager will:

  • Electrical Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of new projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Electrical Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, Contract's managers and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from concept to completion
  • Electrical Project Manager will be covering Projects nationwide with a flexible office/home working schedule once settled
  • Electrical Project Manager will be competent to compile projects reports and keep the client updated with the projects progress
  • Electrical Project Manager will be paid up to £55K basic + 25 days holiday + package
  • Electrical Project Manager will work 40 hr week

To qualify as the successful M&E Commercial Fit out Project Manager

  • Electrical Project Manager will be experienced in quoting and managing installations and remedial works on electrical systems and equipment (mechanical experience is a bonus)
  • Electrical Project Manager must have SMSTS, First Aider and CSCS
  • Electrical Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Sheffield and willing to work away when needed
  • Electrical Project Manager will have a full Driving licence and Clear DBS check
