Are you a mechanical contracts manager / engineer looking to work for a company where you can progress your career further into senior positions? You will benefit from working with an experienced team in the M&E sector for a company where you will be recognised as more than just another number.
This progressive company provides single and multi discipline building engineering services to new build, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects for the commercial and high-end residential sector. Due to an increased workload they require an additional mechanical contracts manager to join their specialist team where you will then be able to progress into senior positions long-term.
Your Role:
* Mechanical Contracts Manager position
* Liaise with various departments, teams and subcontractors on site - building relationships
* Read and interpret M&E drawings
* Working within the commercial and high-end residential sectors
* Some project management
You Will Have:
* Experience as a electrical / mechanical / M&E / contracts manager or similar
* Knowledge of the M&E sector - mechanical / electrical building services - Mechanical bias.
* Experience of working within the commercial and/or high-end residential sectors.
* Live commutable to London and willing to travel.
