As a Recruitment Resourcer you will work across many disciplines including highly technical roles in a skills short market to challenging support roles in our support teams. Can you help with our D&I agendas such as increasing gender and cultural team balance?

Duties
- Proactively sourcing candidates from various avenues such as job jobs, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database and events
- Working with Resourcing Advisors and Managers to prioritise positions and secure candidates for each role
- Build long-lasting candidate relationships to enable a memorable recruitment experience for the candidate
- Create talent pools to enable faster and less reactive recruitment on difficult to fill positions
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience with communication and candidate relationship building
- Interviewing candidates and checking suitability via phone screening, face to face and MS Teams calls
- Capture data on recruitment trends such as salary alignment, market intelligence, skills shortages, transferable skill sets and other useable data
- Understand and embrace the importance of diversity and inclusion and the company's goals surrounding D&I initiatives
- Learn and understand a number of job descriptions to present to potential candidates
- Spend time on projects and with hiring teams to fully understand requirements and expand your knowledge
- Keep up to date administration on notes and tracking of project resource plans
- Help with internal movements

The position can be based out of Manchester or Dartford and will work across a number of the Laing O'Rourke sectors. We current operate hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
