You have the opportunity to join the client-side development team of a leading national hospitality business, helping them deliver an exciting new scheme in South Yorkshire and involved in numerous other projects nationally longer term.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of an exciting new construction project (circa £50mln) near Rotherham that consists of multiple buildings and infrastructure. You will be tasked with ensuring provision of a quality product, managed efficiently, safely and professionally; within set budgets and agreed timescales. The project consists of complex building and infrastructure works that are in close proximity to major trunk roads and infrastructure. As an experienced Construction Project Manager or Site Manager you will effectively coordinate and manage contractors to tightly control the various aspects of projects and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Development team you will play a crucial role in ensure the project runs smoothly and without incident or delay. Long term, there are numerous other projects nationally that you will ultimately be involved in long past the completion of this site buy the end of 2024.
As the successful Site Manager you are likely to be qualified in a construction related discipline, able to demonstrate that you can manage and be hands-on delivering construction schemes and packages. You will be committed, willing to travel when required and great with people.
