Customer Care Coordinator Job in Plymouth

Customer Care Coordinator job working for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking for someone with Customer Care experience to join their busy team in Plymouth. The role is looking to pay a salary up to £22,500 + 25 days holiday.

Employing over 4000 people and building 13,500 homes a year around the country, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Dealing and coordinating incoming communications from customers
  • Managing their issues either via site or contractors and monitoring their progress
  • Liaising with Site Managers and contractors in order to get issues resolved in a timely manner
  • Ordering materials
  • General Administration
  • Liaising with inhouse maintenance operatives
  • Designate and issue works for inhouse maintenance operatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Customer facing experience with a housebuilder is an advantage
  • Strong Customer skills
  • Able to work individually and in a team
  • Good level of computer literacy including Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner is essential.
