Land Manager Job in North West

My client has a Land Manager job available in North West. This regional housebuilder are looking to speak to Land Buyers or Land Manager looking for the next step in their career.

As the successful Land Manager you'll be working closely with the Land Director to identify new land opportunities across the North West. This region currently builds circa 300 units per year with the view to increase to 400+ within 2 years. You'll be tasked with identifying opportunities from Warrington to Lancaster, and across the northern parts of Manchester.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identifying land opportunities
  • Negotiating terms for the acquisition
  • Prepare and submit land approval packs
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
  • Manage the offer process
  • Support the Land & Planning Director.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
  • Experienced in land buying in the region
  • Previously worked for a housebuilder
  • Proven track record of completed land deals.
