We're looking for a Foreman to join our Mogden team based in Twickenham, Greater London. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Responsibilities
As a Foreman, you'll be working within the Mogden project team, supporting them in supervising site operatives and site activities while ensuring that safety is maintained on-site.
Your day to day will include:

Giving inductions and effective Toolbox Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work assessments to Site Operatives.

Allocating duties to Site Operatives. Supervising Site Operatives and site activities to ensure tasks carried out are within their levels of skill and expertise.

Organising and requisitioning Site Equipment/ Plant and Materials to ensure completion of works.

Co-ordinating with Line Managers on managing work methods which are technically sound, safe, economically viable, feasible and consistent and advise them of any items which may impact / change the contract programme.

Maintain daily records of site activities and liaise with the Line Managers to produce information for progress reports.
Who are we looking for?
This role of Foreman is great for you if:

You can demonstration your knowledge and practical application of the set up and day to day running of a construction site.

You hold a NVQ Level 1 or 2.

You have a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card - Supervisor - Gold, Experienced Supervisor or Manager.

You have SSSTS or other site related training (Confined Space, Fire Marshall, First Aid, Temp Work Supervisor, etc)
