We are currently recruiting for a SHE Manager to ensure that the company adopts the highest standards of safety, occupational health and environmental responsibility, and that all workplace risks are identified and mitigated to an acceptable level in a manner wholly consistent with Kier's SHE policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting SHEA Manager role, you'll implement health and safety regulations across the BU ensuring compliance with Kier Group's SHEA policy and procedures. You'll assess, control, mitigate and report risks. The role will also involve reporting on SHEA performance to the Exec Team and board and implementing SHEA training, communication and behavioural change programmes.
What are we looking for?
A NEBOSH Construction certificate and a minimum NVQ Level 4 with strong experience within the construction sector. You'll have a solid understanding of CDM requirements from a Client and Principal Contractor perspective. Good knowledge of sustainability and net carbon zero is desired.
