Customer Service Technician Job in Derby, Derbyshire
A Customer Service Technician job working for a top 10 housebuilder in Derby. Our client is looking for someone who has experiences with a housebuilder and specialises in Carpentry and Joinery. They are offering a salary of up to £37,000 + a bonus of up to 5%.
Spread across nearly 15 regional offices with over 2,000 employees, our client Is one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are looking for a Technician to join their busy team in the East Midlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers with regards to coordination of works
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager to promote successful solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Act professionally and abide by all company policies
- Complete and deal with assigned tasks in required timescales
- Good understanding of all NHBC technical standards and guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience preferably with a housebuilder
- Multi-trade background, specifically in Carpentry & Joinery
- Knowledge of the East Midlands area.
What you get back
- Salary of £35,000 - £37,000
- Up to 5% bonus
