A leading Building services/ HVAC company with prestigious contracts within Offices, Universities, sporting grounds and Science establishments currently have a key requirement for experienced Static Air Conditioning Engineer based at a static site in Central London Paid £38K - £42K subject to experience

As a Static Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for: -

  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be working on AHU's FCU's VRV/VRF's Splits, DX systems
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be client facing and hold good communication skills
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be assisting with maintaining mechanical and electrical systems
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will assist with PPM's
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will not be on call out rota
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be based within central London on a static Hospital
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will receive up to £42k basic + Over time + Package
Requirements for the Static Air Conditioning Engineer: -

  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will need to hold NVQ Level 2 AC and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer would benefit from electrical qualifications
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be experienced in building services maintenance
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will have experience with M&E maintenance
  • Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be genuine commutable distance to Central London
Static Air Conditioning Engineer: - up to £42,000, (depending on experience) + overtime + package
