We're looking for a Planner to join our Regional Build business based in Newcastle. Within this role, you can enjoy progression opportunities, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities.
Location: Newcastle, Tyne and Wear
Contract: Permanent, full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Planner, you'll be working within the regional build team, supporting them in supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:
- Responsible for providing project planning support for all aspects of the designated business stream activities from pre-tender to final account stage.
- Managing stakeholder and client's expectations by reporting on performance, budgets, time frames and logistics of the project
- Conducting programme audits, prepare and develop full tender programmes, develop and maintain the contractors plan and attend tender handover meetings
Who are we looking for?
This role of Planner is great for you if:
- Asta PowerProject experience
- Use of Sketch up to develop your 4d Synchro plan to visualise the programme and create animations to bring the plan to life.
- Navigating around consultant's models to develop construction phasing and sequence plans
