We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join our Highways team based in Brixworth. Responsibilities

As Customer Experience Officer you'll be working within the customer & communications team, supporting them in being responsive to residents, visitors and all road users ensuring they are kept informed of our works across West Northamptonshire.

Your day to day will include:
  • Supporting with the effectively delivery of the customer and communications strategies & plans
  • Analyse and provide reports in relation to customer service/enquiries and complaints to share with teams so that lessons are learnt and improvements are made
  • Being a leading advocate in the effort to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer complaints
Who are we looking for?

This role of Customer Experience Officer is great for you if you can:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key people both internally and externally
  • Show a full driving licence for travel
  • Display empathy towards all customer groups and utilise conflict management skills
