We are looking for an experience Resident Liaison Officer to work within Forest of Dean
- Must have experience working in a team and with tenants to maintain peace and to keep them happy.
- Must have RLO experience
- Must have Drivers Licence
The successful candidate will work closely with our site manager to deliver work for a local housing association that we have been working with for the last 12 years, the work will primarily consist of delivering SHDF (social housing decarbonisation fund) work, this consists of providing new roofs, solar panels, potentially air source heat pumps, EWI and new windows and doors. Other work includes rood replacement, and minor property repairs.
The role will require the RLO to visit the addresses update residents on the work, book appointments for contractors that require access to the address, hear any concerns the residents have and liaise with both our site manager and client.
