Customer Liaison Manager Jobs in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

I have two Customer Liaison Manager jobs working for a top UK housebuilder for their East Midlands region. Our client is looking for someone with strong customer service skills and housebuilder experience to cover sites in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire.

Our client provides homes of all tenures and is the largest delivery partner of Homes England. They employ over 1000 people across 11 offices nationwide and are still expanding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To carry out Customer Care Introduction calls
  • Liaise with Customers, Trades, Sub Contractors, and Site Teams to ensure completion of agreed and reported defects
  • Identify recurring defects and material issues and feedback to the specific line manager to work out a suitable solution
  • Record and log all results of these inspections and report back to stakeholders on outcomes
  • Attend (as required) weekly sales and construction meetings
  • Manage own diary to ensure all properties are inspected in line with the Hallmark Process, ensuring findings are recorded in the appropriate systems.
  • Inspect the quality of construction, review build progress and maintain all good working relationships
  • Attending NHBC Claim Investigations meetings as and when required to
  • Develop and build rapport with site teams, sales teams, contractors, and internal departments to ensure all communication is updated and logged on COINS.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess Housebuilding experience in either of these roles; Site Management, Clerk of Works, Buildings or NHBC inspection roles is an essential
  • Highest understanding of the expected fit and finish of a new home
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level of computer literacy in MS office.
