Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Permanent, full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you'll be working within Utilities team, supporting them in to provide expert knowledge and skills in people management and development to influence and support the achievement of business strategy, goals and plans within a given business area. To implement and provide advice on policies, procedures, and practices to ensure employees are properly recruited, supported, and developed.
Your day to day will include:
- Delivering an efficient operational HR service to assigned business unit.
- Setting high standards of service.
- Support employee relations activity; provide management with advice and support in disciplinary, grievance and appeal situations, including support in meetings and active case management
- Working with the HR Team to develop and deliver HR initiatives to support the overall business strategy
This role of Assistant HR Business Partner is great for you if:
- Part CIPD qualified
- You have working knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures and organisational restructuring
- You are an HR operational professional with experience advising across a broad range of HR issues either in alliance or Joint Venture environment
