- Develop a fully integrated, linked programme to support work winning activities and live projects.
- Attend tender interviews where required to discuss and demonstrate proposed build programmes.
- Assist the Buying Team to develop sub-contract enquiry documentation and procurement programmes.
- Carry out site visits to monitor and report progress of construction programmes when required.
- Interrogate progress information supplied to ensure that progress is reported accurately and with reference to the contract.
- Analyse critical paths and key milestones and advise Project Managers of any risks, opportunities and any mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion date.
- Collate and maintain accurate progress outputs and feed information back to the business for future work prospects.
- Liaison with manufacturing to ensure productions slots are agreed and fit-out works are scheduled in accordance with the agreed programme.
- Update the resource programme for allocation of Contract, Project & Site Managers to relevant projects.
- Produce progress reports to the management team to highlight actual progress made and risk identification. Compilation of mitigation plans where necessary.

- Experience in construction programming
- Experience of working with the demands of a fast paced environment and able to prioritise tasks independently.
- Understanding of commercial contracts (JCT, NEC 3) & P21+
- Competent in the use of programming software
