We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical & Instrumentation Trainer based in the south region with national travel and occasional overnight stays to join our team on a full-time basis.

What will you be doing?
*Delivering training and assessments for the product area.
*Working closely with the Operational Training Manager to maintain and develop our products.
*Working with the Quality Assurance and Audit team who are responsible for IQA.
*Working with sales and marketing to respond to customer enquiries.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Knowledge and experience of electrical and instrumentation within gas distribution
*Operational experience in field instrumentation (level, pressure, temperature and flow), control loops, control Valves, actuators, and transmitters.
*Hazardous area experience.
*Process control /control systems knowledge.
*Minimum level G&G Level 3 in Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation.
Desirable:
*Networks, this must include knowledge of the gas networks Codes of Practice, systems of work and authorisation process.
*Working knowledge of EL6.
*C&G 2382 - 18th Edition, however, we will accept the right candidate with 17th Edition with the view to upskill.
*Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent).
*Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent).
