Salary: £19.77-22.85 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join the Property Services team, covering Westminster and surrounding areas.
Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:
* Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties within a social housing setting including minor plumbing, carpentry, tiling, external fencing, plastering, etc.
* Utilising work through PDAs/mobiles to complete works
Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering (preferable)
* Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
* CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
* Ability to use hand tools
* Previous experience within the responsive maintenance environment
