Our client is a leading commercial catering equipment business with an outstanding reputation and long list of industry awards. They are one of the UK's leading specialist kitchen contractors and they work in partnership with leading hotels and restaurants and work on a range of high end office fit outs across London and the UK

The role:

This is a field based role and you will be working on sites across London working on a range of projects.

In this role you will be trained, supported and mentored by an experienced management team and you will benefit from developing skills in a broad range of areas. You will also enjoy a significant amount of autonomy. From day one there will be involvement in real projects. The wide range of activities and experience makes this an ideal opportunity to progress to Project Manager.

About you:

You don't need any industry experience but it is essential that you are willing to learn and develop new skills, undergo training and are living in or around London. You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be working with clients, contractors and subcontractors.

We will be looking for the following skills.

  • Numerate, methodical and analytical approach to problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and the desire to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
  • The ability to work in a team and create strong working relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate; Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with CAD would be useful
  • The right to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Ambitious and looking for long term career development
  • Some site based experience with relevant CSCS card would be useful
  • Qualifications in a relevant subject include building studies, construction or civil engineering, surveying or estimating would be advantageous

The hours of work 8.00am-5.00pm. You will be working on sites across London.
