Mechanical Project Manager, Camden and Tottenham, SMSTS, IOSH, start up to 10/10/2022
We are currently looking for an experienced Project manager with Mechanical bias for 6-7 months in London on two commercial fit out projects in Camden and Tottenham.
Mechanical Project Manager have to hold an in date SMSTS, IOSH and ideally have confined space experience however the latter is not essential.
Mechanical Project Manager must have experience with VRF installations and duct work. AHU, VRV knowledge is a bonus. You must also be experienced with project value from £500k up to £3-£4 m and able to manager more than 1 site.
Mechanical Project Manager will be on £320 - £350 a day.
