Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car
Sector: Timber Frame Construction
Location: M4/M5 Corridor - South West

Are you an experienced professional within the timber frame sector?
Do you have the ability to manage, motivate and lead teams?

You will be joining a well-respected timber frame manufacturer who provide a supply and install service to main contractors and developers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of each project from prestart meetings through to Plot Handover Covering projects across the M4 and M5 corridor, your knowledge of working to and creating site programmes will be essential for the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for project managers who:

  • Have a background in the residential sector - timber frame is advantageous
  • Understand the importance of building on time and on budget
  • Are able to create detailed build programs
  • Can demonstrate a background in building rapport with site managers & stakeholders
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Work well under pressure

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • Crane experience
