Due to a continued success this highly successful Architectural practice is Hampshire has a need to add Architectural Technicians to both its planning and technical teams.

Established 35 years ago this practice is made up of around 70 people and split across two offices located in the south and southwest of England.

They have found great commercial success in large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. The Technical teams are split into to dedicated planning and technical teams.
Due to increased business in the region they have a requirement in both the technical and planning teams for an Architectural Technicians.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on the production of layouts and planning drawings
  • Production of technical detailing
  • Working on large scale residential, mixed use and retirement living projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
  • Experience working on UK based residential projects
  • Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
  • Strong technical ability
  • Skilled in the use of AutoCAD, and Revit experience would be beneficial.

  • £22,000 - £30,000
