Location: Hampshire, Berkshire - Hybrid Working Available
Contract: Permanent, full time
Salary: Up to £22k depending on experience
Responsibilities
As an Administrator you will be working on the Falcon and Onsa contracts, where you will be involved in executing work to meet Openreach deadlines. Your role as an Administrator, will involve submitting permits for our various contractors, data inputting within the relevant KPIs/SLAs and ensuring all reports are up to date. This is the perfect opportunity to start your career in the telecoms industry and training will be provided.
Your day to day will include:
- Project Management of operational delivery - flex & civils
- Attend and chair all required meetings both client & Kier / Supply chain
- Co-ordination of work stack/multiple contractors/DLO in line with delivery programme, ensuring delays are minimised by resolving operational issues to enable swift job closure and invoicing
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- Experienced in delivering performance to set client KPIs/SLAs
- Confident with fast paced process driven office environments
- Experienced dealing with stakeholders and building relationships with clients
