We're looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor for a new opportunity with an independently owned private practice with a new office in Birmingham. This firm has a really good mix of work with clients in both the public and private sectors and provides a full range of building and project consultancy services although the bias to this role is more project led..
The successful candidate will have good overall Building Surveying and Project Management experience. We are looking for a Chartered (Mrics) Surveyor for this appointment. We're looking for a candidate at either Senior or Associate level with the experience in taking a leading role with and developing clients.
This is a very forward thinking dynamic firm who are very much taking the lead in promoting a healthy work/life balance and promoting flexible working practices which are aimed at empowering their team and promoting well being. They will be continuing to work partly remotely with perhaps 1-2 days in the office and a similar amount of time anticipated on site visits. The are also exploring reducing the fee earning week to 4 days in support of this.
