Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, you'll be working within the Infrastructure team, supporting to help manage the team within a growing and dynamic Business Unit.
Your day to day will include:
- PA to 2 or 3 directors of the leadership team, supporting them and the senior leadership team of the business, also undertake general administrative duties as required
- Organise meetings, visits, travel, hospitality and other appropriate events involving the directors and the wider Infrastructure Major Projects leadership team
- Support executive PA and liaise for diary management / meetings
- Deal with sensitive and confidential business on behalf of the Directors undertaking the extraction, analysis and compilation of information for the /Directors, including the preparation of reports
- Reply to the Directors correspondence if delegated, undertake assignments on behalf of the Directors which contribute to business development and improvement
This role of Personal Assistant is great for you if:
- You'll have experience of working as a personal assistant
- You'll have effective inter-personal and communication skills
- You'll have good attention to detail with a wide range of experience of administrative work
- You'll have advanced word processing/typing skills and general IT knowledge for use of systems application
- You'll possess excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise time and work
