We're looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Performance & Strategy Team working across our Telecoms Contracts. Within this role, you can enjoy you can enjoy hybrid working, great progression opportunities, a competitive salary and even more.

Location: Flexible - remote working available, with occasional travel when required

Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Salary: £32k- £40k depending on experience plus benefits

Responsibilities

As a Business Data Analyst, you'll be working within the Performance & Strategy Team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with data and has a clear understanding of the value this provides to solve real-world business problems.

Your day to day will include:


  • Performing analytical deep dives on business issues to identify drivers and trends, extract insight from data
  • Using visual management aids such as Power BI/Tableau to develop dashboards within a fast-paced change focussed environment
  • Delivering regular, timely and actionable insight to the team and senior stakeholders making data recommendations for current contracts and also support future work winning activities
Who are we looking for?

This role of Business Data Analyst is great for you if:


  • Comfortable working in an operational database environment and within an environment of significant business change
  • Confidently build and present meaningful data visualisations, in Excel/Sheets and a dashboarding platform such as Power BI
  • Highly proficient in Office 365 tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Forms and Sharepoint etc
