We're looking for a Support Analyst to join our Business Systems Team based in Manchester to provide application support, housekeeping and maintenance. The successful candidate will receive exposure to all the business units we support and the numerous disciplines whether commercial, finance, procurement etc… Within this role, you will learn new skills and have opportunities to progress, both within the department and the wider business units, enjoy a competitive annual holiday entitlement with opportunities to buy/sell leave, additional two days' leave to take part in volunteering activities of your choice and even more.

Location: Manchester - remote working available, with travel to the office

Contract: Permanent, Fulltime.

Salary: £25k - 30k

Responsibilities

As a Support Analyst, you'll work with other members of the Business Systems Team to implement improvement projects where new and/or enhanced software, configuration, or functionality can be deployed to reduce query volume and/or to increase user efficiency.

Your day to day will include:

  • Manage user incidents and requests in a timely manner, ensuring either resolution or further expert assistance is sort promptly
  • Deliver remote solutions and coaching to the user base. This may take the form of on-site meetings with users
  • Work with third party providers in regard to system issues
Who are we looking for?

This role of Support Analyst is great for you if are:

  • Technically competent with good MS Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while working to tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with all levels
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
