Location: Salford Quays, Manchester - remote working available with the need to attend the office as required (usually weekly)
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime
Salary: £33k - £38k
Responsibilities
As Highways Engineer you will be working within the team contributing to the successful delivery of the contract
Your day to day will include:
- produce and develop sound design solutions to meet the client requirements within timescale and budget and that comply with relevant health and safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations.
- Contribute to compliance with the Quality Management Systems.
- Provide regular reporting of progress to clients by communicating with line managers regarding their progress against planned programme. Assist in the development of junior colleagues
This role of Highways Engineer is great for you if have:
- Experience working in Highways/Construction environment
- Competent with design software such as AutoCAD and Civils 3D
- The desire to learn and work in the BIM Environment
