FM Service Manager
A well-established hard services provider within facilities maintenance has a requirement for a highly experienced Facilities Maintenance Service manager to lead the service admin delivery team to provide high quality service to managed service clients, liaising with contracts managers and technical managers as well a team of HVAC service engineers and building services engineers. Role will be based on a static site in Hertfordshire
As the successful Facilities maintenance Service Manager, you will be
- Facilities Maintenance service manager will be experienced in managing PPM tasks allocation to ensure scheduling of engineers is effectively coordinated
- Facilities Maintenance service manager will be experienced in managing and overseeing the service desk
- Facilities Maintenance service manager will be experienced in managing the engineering team
- Facilities Maintenance service manager will be reporting on PPM and reactive breakdowns measured against SLA's and KPI's
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will be from a FM/ Hard services background
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will coordinate quoted works and raise purchase orders
To be successful as the Facilities maintenance Service Manager, you must have:
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will have experience working for a large Service & maintenance contractor within building Services and HVAC service and maintenance contractor / FM company
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will have experience in successful supervision of service desk and administration teams
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will be a commutable distance of Hertfordshire
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will have experience managing the engineering team
Facilities Maintenance Service Manager - Up to £55k dependent on experience + package + pension
