A leading Building services/ HVAC company with prestigious contracts within Offices, Universities, sporting grounds and Science establishments currently have a key requirement for experienced Static Building Maintenance Engineer based at Lord's Cricket ground, in North West London Paid £32k - £35K Basic salary

As a Static Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -

  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer will be assisting with breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer will complete tap checks and emergency light checks and responsible for keeping checks on these
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer will be working Monday - Friday 08:00 -17:00, with lots of overtime available and ideally be free for match games
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £35K

Requirements for the Static Building Maintenance Engineer: -

  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer must have a NVQ/ City Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer must have good communication skills and be presentable as they will be dealing with the Client and members of the public
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer to have previous experience of assisting with/ completing breakdowns on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Static Building Maintenance Engineer will be genuine commutable distance to North West London, this role would suit a Cricket fan as you will be required to be on site on game days

Static Building Maintenance Engineer: - Up to £30k - £35K basic + Overtime + Benefits
